- GA4 and Tag Manager tracking in place from launch to measure learner adoption
What I delivered
End-to-end owner: requirement gathering, SRS drafting, development, client handling, UAT and go-live.
- Drafted the SRS with the client, defining scope, user roles, course flows and acceptance criteria.
- Acted as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Drove Moodle theme customisation and plugin development.
- Planned schedules and scope, tracked risks and kept delivery on time and on quality.
- Ran UAT, prepared go-live and supported the platform through hypercare.
- Set up GA4 and Tag Manager tracking to monitor adoption and report to leadership.
